About

The CIP Liner is a cured-in-place structural liner designed to rehabilitate and protect large vertical wastewater collections structures. It eliminates inflow and infiltration (I&I), eliminates corrosion from sewer gases and chemicals, and offers lifetime protection for new structures (20-year non-prorated warranty). It is specifically designed for use in sewer manholes, lift stations, catch basins, pump stations, wet wells, vaults and clarifiers of all shapes and sizes. Each liner is custom-measured, designed and manufactured.

Before manhole rehabilitation

The structure is exposed to I&I and sewer gas corrosion, putting it at greater risk of structural collapse.

The CIP Liner becomes one with the host structure, protecting it from harmful elements for the long term.

The installment process

The CIP liner is composed of an impermeable inner membrane sandwiched between two layers of reinforced structural fiberglass. During installment, it is coated in resin on the inside and outside. Once it is lowered into the structure, it is then inflated by a bladder to fit the structure perfectly, resulting in no loss of annular space. The liner is then exposed to heat and pressure in order to cure it, and the liner becomes monolithic with the structure.

Sustainability is our promise

We provide a 20-year, non-prorated manufacturer's warranty on our liners. The CIP Liner fabrics and resins are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, to prevent infiltration, prohibit root intrusion and provide a surface coating resistant to sewer gases and chemicals typically found in domestic sewer collection systems.
